Please be informed that from the 1st of April 2011 with deed of "CONVEYANCE OF COMPANY" drawn up by the notary Dr. Luca Lori in Giussano (MB) Italy repertory 40128/14426, registered in Desio (MB) Italy the 8th of April 2011 with n° 3763, the company Tecnovision S.r.l. has acquired the firm TELEA.

TELEA represents a historic brand in the Italian market: born in the ‘30s as a division of the Society Magneti Marelli, operated mainly in the field of Electroacustic and than, with the spread out of the CCTV, it specialized in this new field, offering systems of imaging recording and transmission.

Over the years, the society started using new brands and trades: Telea Marelli, Telea (contraction of "Television" and "Electroacustic"), Telea Tardito, T&T Safety and Systems Division, and eventually TELEA again; for that reason thousands of products and systems with different brands can be connected to this corporate team known as TELEA.

Tecnovision, following to this buyout and respecting its plan of growing society, will organize its own structure on three business lines, named as follows:

TECNOVISION Industrial CCTV systems

TELEA Products & Solutions

TELEA Audio Communication

The technical and business directions, managed together for the three society divisions, will be held in trust respectively to Mr. Bernardo Leggieri and Mr. Sandro Cazzulani, already members in the past of the society TELEA.
