 Tecnovision High Temperature systems uses camera housing realized by stainless steel endowed with water cooling system, and, if necessary, with pressurization systems in order to increase the level of cooling and to guarantee the cleanness of the lens.
Tecnovision’s housing are available with axial or inclined vision, they can be realized with different materials depending on specific aggressive substances used in the industrial processes to be monitored. For specific applications Tecnovision is able to supply the customers with “sonda” type housing able to resist up to 2100°C and with different lengths depending on the thickness of the wall. 
There are also a wide range of accessories: wall mounting protection systems with automatic door, electric or pneumatic automatic extraction system for applications where it is requested the penetration inside the boiler furnace; moreover control cabinet for hydraulic-pneumatic utilities, air filtering groups and cooling systems for water closed circuit. Camera setting may be done by PC or by a specific keyboard.
Thanks to a partnership with CESYCO, Tecnovision can supply the Customes with a large range of high-temperature endoscopes used for in-production and in-maintenance inspections, fix and portable.
The portable endoscopes are used for intermittent inspections, inside working furnaces or boilers whose temperature may reach 2000°C. The images produced, in either photo or video format, enable precise analysis to be carried out of areas that cannot be seen by the human eye. Many sectors are concerned by this technology: metallurgy, glass-making, cement plants, refuse incineration, thermal power stations.
