The main critical points of the process can be checked using high temperatures Tecnovision camera. The visual control of the burner’s flames, as well as the monitoring of the formation of the material inside the drum furnace are fundamental.

Another particular critical point is the distribution of the material on the cooling grate.

Moreover during cement production it’s important to supervise the remote points where materials are loaded (cave and ribbons conveyors): for these necessities Tecnovision is able to realize solutions based on the most effective technologies like fiber optics, IP nets and by radio frequency transmission.

The vision inside melting glass furnace is certainly one of the most difficult applications due to high temperatures, brightness and presence of strongly aggressive substances. It exists several and different typologies of glass production (float glass, borosilicate glass, fibers of glass, glass for bottles) each of those requires a particular solution to be adopted in phase of planning of the system.

Several applications are required: burners’ flames supervision, fusion forehead control, top-rolls control, supervision of the machineries for the bottles’ production and finally supervision of the different area of the plant (management of the raw materials like feed hoppers, ribbons, conveyors etc.).
